Customized Products

Please note that Customized or Personalized Laser-cut items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or a technical error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery. You must provide photos of the damage and the original packaging to process a replacement.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

• Standard items can be returned or exchanged within [7 days] of receipt.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days.
